About

A professional services firm,
not a software company.

StratERP implements Oracle Cloud and AI — plus a handful of financial solutions — so that a business gets more out of the back office it already runs.

What we do

Most back-office problems are not really software problems. The system is in place, the licences are paid for, and the work still takes three people and a spreadsheet. What is missing is the deployment: the configuration, the process design, and increasingly the agents that retire the parts a person should never have been doing.

We work across the four processes that every business runs — procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report and hire-to-retire — and we start by finding where the administrative load actually sits rather than where it is assumed to sit.

How an engagement runs

Who runs it

StratERP is led by Scott Walls, whose background is Oracle Cloud ERP. The practice is deliberately small: the person who scopes the work is the person who does it.

The name

Strategy and ERP. The mark draws the same idea the firm exists for — capability rising above the line, administrative load falling below it.
